Sales Tax
Arteriors Design has a constitutional obligation to collect sales tax in those states where we are licensed to do business. Although we don't hold this constitutional duty in the same esteem as we hold, say, our duty to defend free speech, what are we going to do?
Arteriors Design is required to collect sales use tax on total product, and shipping and handling charges in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
Sales tax is calculated off the address where the product is being shipped.
Arteriors Design does not accept tax exempt orders at this time.
The on-screen order totals reflect your accurate purchase total, the same total that will be reflected on your credit card statement. |
